5. Pricing and Payment

Typical service pricing may range from $800 to $4,000, depending on the work performed.

Payment terms will be discussed before the project begins.

Deposits may be required for certain jobs, especially larger landscaping or hardscaping projects.

Full payment is due according to the agreed payment schedule.

We reserve the right to stop or delay work if payment terms are not met.

6. Changes to Project Scope

If a customer requests additional work after a project has started, this may result in:

Any requested changes should be approved before additional work is performed.

7. Materials and Product Availability

Some landscaping and hardscaping projects require materials such as:

Flooding

11. Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to charge for lost time, reserved labor, or purchased materials if a project is canceled after work has been scheduled or materials have been ordered.
